Ranko - Hiryuu Shoten Ha

Features Ranma's girl version using Hiryū Shōten Ha which is the "soul of ice" attack where he usually walks around in a circle and thus traps the attack in a pillar of ice cold air if it works.

Er.. the focus on background really... since i've found that if you make a vector layer of say..the original background colour you were working with - i.e. white here, and it juuust surrounds like a border, a more effective way of blurring things out is inner glow in a colour that's pretty effective. Or I suppose you could use stroke and outer glow. *shrug*
